Training & Education

PACES offers presentations in community settings about behavioral interventions, emotional health issues, suicide education, and more.

Mental Health First Aid

Mental Health First Aid USA is an 8-hour training to teach participants how to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. The evidence behind the program demonstrates that it helps trainees identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders.

Inspiring Resilience

As part of our dedication to trauma-informed care and training, "Inspiring Resilience" is provided at no cost to the community to help give participants an understanding of the impact that trauma has on our community's mental and physical health. Wyandot BHN staff teach shared practices and shared language for responding to challenging behaviors, strategies for addressing these behaviors without re-traumatizing the individuals in your care, and available services and resources in your community.

Speaking Opportunities

PACES staff regularly speak at schools, organizations and events about child and adolescent mental health.
